Reviews

This story opens a discussion regarding a less talked about yet very important topic of sexual violence meted towards males. It is almost taboo, especially in African societies to bring up the issue due to the stigma that comes with opening up, if one was, or is a victim of sexual violence. I commend Ms. Thitu and the production team for the great  work they have done. ~ Peter Gaitho

Thitu creates a daring and meaningful quality of work with film. I am honored to have attended the screening premiere of His Name is Eku. The energy of healing illuminating in the room was a powerful expression of love. To state that this short film is impactful would be an understatement, when you are willing to embrace the experience of the message. It was amazing how the film touched the center of my pain and allowed me to hear the pain of another. Thank you for having the courage to bless us with this film ~ Khalid Mustafa
